Server Rules

Read and follow the rules — violations may result in permanent bans

Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. All players are expected to know and follow them at all times.

#01

Respect all players, guilds, members, and staff.
Harassment, racism, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks are not tolerated.
Friendly competition is normal, but creating unnecessary drama or toxicity inside the community is not.
Any behavior that harms the server atmosphere or community experience may result in punishment.

#02

Use channels for their intended purpose.
Spam, flooding, excessive caps, repeated messages, or meaningless content are not allowed.
Keep conversations respectful and avoid unnecessary toxicity in public chats.
Trash talk, provoking players, or starting arguments in general chat is not allowed.
English only in public channels.
Language channels are available for other languages. Please use them instead of speaking non-English in global chats.
Non-English messages in public channels may be deleted without warning. Repeated violations may result in mutes.
Advertising other servers, communities, or services without permission is prohibited.

Cheating, hacking, bots, macros, exploits, or any unfair advantage are strictly forbidden.
Abuse of bugs, duplicated items, map glitches, or unintended mechanics is not allowed.
If you discover a bug or exploit, report it instead of abusing it.
Sharing cheats, exploits, or harmful software is prohibited.
Attempting to bypass punishments using alternate accounts will result in additional penalties.
Any action that harms the server economy, gameplay balance, or player experience may lead to permanent bans.

PvP, guild rivalries, and competition are part of KalOnline, but abuse is not.
Respect other players during Castle Siege, guild wars, boss fights, and server events.
Exploiting safe zones, bugged areas, or unintended mechanics during PvP is forbidden.
Feeding kills, fake wars, arranged rankings, or abusing event systems for rewards is not allowed.
Blocking NPCs, event entrances, or important gameplay areas to intentionally ruin gameplay for others may result in punishment.
Any abuse during Castle Siege or major events that affects fair competition or server balance may lead to suspensions or permanent bans.
Keep PvP drama inside the game and avoid bringing conflicts into Discord chats.

Trade honestly and carefully.
Scamming, fake offers, misleading trades, or suspicious transactions are strictly prohibited.
Selling or buying accounts, items, gold, services, or anything related to the server for real money is not allowed.
Any form of Real Money Trading (RMT) may result in account suspensions or permanent bans.
Attempting to bypass marketplace rules through private messages, third parties, or external platforms will also be punished.
Staff are not responsible for player-to-player trades.

Open tickets only when necessary.
Explain your issue clearly and provide screenshots or evidence whenever possible.
False reports or abuse of the support system are not tolerated.
Do not spam tickets or repeatedly ping staff members.
Respect staff responses and allow time for assistance.

Malicious links, harmful files, phishing attempts, or suspicious software are strictly prohibited.
Threats toward the server, community, or staff will be taken seriously.
Follow Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
Any attempt to damage the server or community environment may result in immediate removal.

Respect staff decisions both in-game and on Discord.
Punishments depend on the severity of the violation and player history.
Arguing aggressively with staff, evading punishments, or creating public staff drama may result in stronger penalties.
Staff reserve the right to take action against harmful behavior even if it is not specifically listed above.
